This was great and I loved the flavor. I used capers and added lemon slices. Will definitely make this again.

Wow!!!! It was the perfect blend of sweet, savory and vinegary! So easy to make and I’m still tasting all of the flavors from dinner!!! What a fantastic recipe!! Good job chef!

This was so tasty! I wondered how it would turn out without lemon, capers or a splash of white wine...it was delicious made exactly as directed. It was very moist and flavorful. I will definitely make this again!

Great recipe! I modified it with shallots and elephant garlic, instead of one large onion. I used a can of organic diced tomatoes and omitted additional olive oil, but added many more olives. Delicious and will make this again.

Modified the recipe becausr i didnt have olives. Capers worked just as well. super easy supper and delish!
