    Turned out great! Takes longer than a box mix would but definitely worth the wait!! I didn’t use as much cheese as it calls for. I was a bit skeptical while making it but it ended up tasting awesome
    It was good, but I made the mistake of not cooking down the milk mixture for 10 minutes. I guess I missed that step.

    Halved the recipe and still made the best mac and cheese I've ever had. I was skeptical during a few crucial cooking steps, but it all came out perfectly.

    recipe was informative and the product stupendous. addition of panko flakes on top of cheese and sprayed with olive oil.
