This has become my go-to mac and cheese recipe. We never use the boxed stuff anymore. Everyone in the family enjoys it. Can mix it up with different noodles, cheeses, spices, and it’s relatively simple to put together. I use freshly shredded Tillamook cheddar from Costco and follow the recipe exactly—except for some extra cheese! Kids really like the edge noodles which crisp up a little.

Good, not cheesy enough. If you make this make sure to use fresh shredded cheese and at least 2-3 different types of cheese.

It was great! I used the remaining extra sharp cheddar cheese, and followed the directions as instructed. I think this will be my go to recipe from now on. Super simple & easy to show my girls. Thanks for making dinner a bit easier 🥰

Soooo good, I just add more cheese like velveeta and sharp cheddar for more flavor I also add breadcrumbs on top :))

Great! I would just mix the flour mixture in with the macaroni as it was in a bit of a clump. Otherwise, it turned out great and was delicious!!

My second time making this. I tweaked it a little this time. I used a can of evaporated milk and a 1/2 cup regular milk, a little Italian seasoning and I used cheddar and Mac and cheese mixed cheese. Super cheesy and crispy and just all around delicious.

I followed recipe , except added 1/4 tsp paprika and 1/4 onion powder. Also 1.25cup milk vs 1 cup. Recipe came out dry with bits of flour throughout

Fantastic! We used Sargento mild and sharp mixed Cheddar. Thickly shredded. We also added ritz crackers on top the last 10 minutes! YUM

This was delicious!! I crunched up some cheesy garlic croutons and sprinkled them on top at the last 10 minutes and it added a lovely crunch!! This is definitely going into my recipe book!

Perfect! Very easy and quick! I mixed half sharp and half mild cheddar cheeses, and an additional 1/2 cup of smoked provolone.

It wasn’t the best Mac&Cheese I’ve had - butter seeped on the plate and was little dry
