WHOA CHEESE! I love cheese but this way way too much cheese or not enough pasta. I made for Christmas Eve for the kiddos and did not use about a 1/3 of the sauce. It was still super cheesy. I saved the sauce and was able to add to leftover pasta and a little milk. reheated fine. I would double the pasta or reduce the amount of shredded cheese by half. I also felt like there was way too much breadcrumbs and did not use the entire 1.5 cups that is suggested.

super duper cheesy and delicious!! did not modify anything. poured the cheese mixture over the pasta in the casserole ... would recommend definitely mixing in a separate bowl, then putting it all in the casserole , to avoid cheese overflowing onto your counter :/
