- 5 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. salt

Directions
- Boil water with 1 tbs salt
- Place butter in pot and melt slowly. Then add flour and pepper. Continue to stir constantly for 3 minutes. Then add milk a little at a time stirring all the while.
- Add shredded cheese a little at a time stirring all the while. The cheese sauce will thicken. Once it becomes thick, set aside.

It was delicious! First time using shells instead of elbows to make baked macaroni!
