- 250 grams ricotta (fresh)
- 100 mL heavy cream (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 egg
- 30 grams Parmesan (or grana grated)
- 400 grams chicory (Catalonian, or spinach)
- 30 grams dried porcini mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1/2 glass white wine
- 400 grams cherry tomatoes
- 5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- salt (for pasta and to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 pinch nutmeg (grated)
- 1 knob butter
