I used half soy half Worcester sauce, and I added some black garlic to the egg marinade as well. I spiced up the bread crumbs with some mixed herbs and oregano. I am honestly not a fan of anything crumbed but I thought I'd try it to expand my culinary experience. My family really loved it and I served it with roast potatoes and carrots. Still not a fan of crumbed meat but it tasted divine and the chops were tender. 4 star dinner if I may say so myself!
