- 2 Heirloom tomatoes (or roma tomatoes, thinly sliced)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the turkey meatballs for 1-2 minutes on each side until heated through.

Not bad, not awesome. The honey mustard was good but I think I put too much in the sandwiches. Probably won’t make again.
