  • 1 3/4 pounds ground pork
  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs (soft)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 25 ounces tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

    Directions

    1. Place ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs and parsley in a large bowl. Using hands, mix well to combine. Shape mixture into 12 balls. Refrigerate for 15 mins.
    2. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meatballs; cook, turning, for 5-6 mins or until browned all over. Place pasta sauce in a small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Transfer meatballs in a 6-cup baking dish. Pour sauce over meatballs; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
    3. Bake for 15 mins or until melted and bubbly.
