    Added olive oil, halved the butter, used garlic, added carrots, celery and red onions. Seasonings are pink rock salt and cracked pepper. Covered everything in tinfoil, turned it up to 370• and uncovered after 40 min. Cooked uncovered for another 20 min. Turned out bomb
