turned out delicious! i used the leftover sauce on some Brussels sprouts and cooked them on the stove. so yummy!

Simply amazing! I do make a few key modifications though.
1) I rub the salmon with the butter first, then add lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and a generous drizzle of honey on both sides of fish. I’ve found that all the amazing flavors stick better when they are directly on the fish, and this technique also works well if you have the time to marinate the salmon for any prolonged period of time.
2) I bake at 375 for about 20 minutes and then I turn off the oven, allowing the fish to cool down. I want my salmon soft and broiling would add a bit more crisp than I want for my family. Also, this change doesn’t require a broiler so that’s a plus as well!
