Description
I used this with boneless chicken thighs as I was originally experimenting to make chicken wings. This can be used easily with any type of chicken. This is slightly spicy but if you can handle Cholula, you can handle this easy.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 garlic (crushed or diced cloves of)
- 1 lb. boneless chicken thighs
- 5 Tbsp. honey

Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Make sure to mix well. If you dont have rice vinegar you can sub it with 3/4 white vinegar, 1/4 water, and 1/4 tsp of sugar.
- Take half the marinade and pour it in a ziploc bag with the chicken. Let it sit for an hour or so in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 425. Take the chicken out and lay it on a foil-covered 9x13 pan. Toss the marinade.
