    Delicious! I used Large golden potatoes, sliced thin, and used the wooden spoon trick. Because the potatoes were sliced thin they cooked up nice and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Before I began cooking them I fanned the potatoes out. They didn’t stay fanned, but they did fan out on their own as they cooked, which was definitely a time saver. I love these with grated Parmesan on top! Thanks for the share!

    It was delicious, I used exactly as directed, I’ll make it again.
    Amazing. I added butter to my mixture. Cooked them for 60 minutes. The potato was cooked perfect but some of the chunks from the mixture were over cooked, maybe I will put a little less next time. Garnished with chopped fresh rosemary, sea salt, fresh ground peppercorn, and a little squeeze of lemon.

    This recipe tastes great, is easy to make and is a great alternative for the standard baked potato. And you don’t need to add butter or sour cream because the ingredients work so well together saving you extra calories. Awesome and thanks!

    Great alternative to a baked potato. Easy recipe, great results. Used large russets for this and they turned out great.
