Great! Made it during pandemic lockdown modified for one person. Used a 1lb center-cut ham slice, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup of Dole pineapple chunks with juice and substituted 1/4 cup of Montmorency dried cherries 🍒 for the maraschino cherries 🍒... it was delicious!! Try it! Stay safe.
