- 24 oz. halibut fillets (you can ask you seafood department to cut it for you)
- fresh dill (chopped for garnish, optional)

Turned out great. I did add a hefty mix of spices that I commonly use on fish. The result of the entire recipe was excellent!

Loved the mustard, would make it again. The marinade would wor on most any fish.
