- 2 lb. chicken wings (separated and tips removed if desired)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (up to 3 tablespoons if needed)
- 1 tsp. salt (each, & pepper, to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 3 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped, or 2 teaspoons dried)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated, plus more for serving)
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- vegetable oil (Once seasoned, add the wings and, to a large bowl and toss until coated. Place your wings on the roasting rack, making sure that there is space between each wing, and bake until they are crisp and golden, about 45-50 minutes.)
