This was one of the best chicken dishes I’ve ever made my wife loved it she was very surprised that it was so moist being that it was baked it was very simple to make didn’t take a lot of time at all everything was right on although being in Italian I did use a little bit more olive oil and garlic but it was delicious I recommend it to anybody

good but a little Bland.
The second time I made it I added one teaspoon of Italian seasoning and a bit of salt. Give the dish quite a bit more character.
I live at 6000 feet elevation so I decided to use a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet to elevate the chicken with the oven set to convection bake at 400° Fahrenheit for 25 minutes. Much crispier pieces was the fortunate result.

it was great, I added extra seasoning with the olive oil and cummin. also used garlic powder instead of real garlic so the bread crumbs mixed better. pro tip, if you are making a large batch turn it up to 400-425 and about 40-50 min. I made 3 sheet pans full at once and 2 pans had chicken that needed cooked longer.

delicious! The chicken was very tender, and juicy. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

I used a mallot to thin out the chicken. I cut the strips very thin. I seasoned the chicken with season salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Made a homemade dipping sauce. Turn out delicious.

Great. Cut the chicken thinner. Also added a bunch of other seasonings, to taste, and raised the temp to get the outside crunchier. Delicious.
