Chicken turned out delicious! Did a slight variation by marinating the chicken for about an hour using the same ingredients.

I absolutely loved this recipe. I didn't exactly follow the instructions...I just threw everything but the oil and garlic on the chicken and let it sit for a while in fridge. Right before popping it in the oven I added the rest. I also added some corn and red skin baby potatoes to the pan. It was the best imitation campfire foil recipe ever. Going to use this for pork chops tonight. Yum!

I used too much onion salt, but other than that we loved the delicious flavor of this chicken dish. I roasted sweet potatoes, Yukon potates, and radishes under the chicken. Extraordinarily yummy!

It was absolutely amazing I loved it. The recipe was simple it was made well and went great with the rice. I will keep this one for the books
