Made this last night for dinner, and it was absolutely amazing! Used the sauce over mashed potatoes with some roasted cauliflower and mushrooms.. Had leftovers for lunch even! Wish i made more of it! Defn will make again!

I love, love love the flavors of this dish and while it looked like a lot of steps it wasn’t hard. However my chicken wasn’t done at 22 minutes and I had to put it back in after I had melted the cheese. Next time I will go ahead and bake 30 minutes as I normally do breasts.

Pretty easy to make. I served it with a broccoli salad, so I’m not sure if the sweet was from the lemon poppyseed dressing or it there’s too much sugar in the brine. I may use less sugar next time. That’s probably the only change I’d make next time.

it was good. a bit too sweet for my tatse. Next time I'll lower the sugar in the brine. It was super juicy though.

my family loved it! I would definitely make it again. The only thing they said should be different is, they would like me to top it with a mix of mozzarella and Parmigiano instead of just mozzarella.

It was ok, the sauce was great but the chicken was just kind of meh. I ended up just eating the sauce on the potatoes we had with it.
