They were really easy and fun to make! My family loved them and asked me to make them again. The only thing was that I wish they were a little crispier. Other than that, they were awesome!

Thanks for the recipes! Made mine with sweet and Yukon Potatoes. I have a New Yorker sized oven (tiny) so the temperature and time was different. Baked at 450F and took 35-40 minutes until crispy to my family’s liking. Used seasoned salt, black pepper, additional garlic powder and chives!

Really good! I tossed the fries in a bowl with a tablespoon more of olive oil, then spread them on the bake sheet. I used russet potatoes, and soaked them for the half hour for reference.

A good base recipe for crispy baked fries. I will never fry them again! I used my own seasoning, so I'm merely reviewing the technique. I've also used this with russet potatoes and only rinsed them instead of soaking and they were perfectly fine.

Turned out great, I used Bragg’s Organic Sprinkle with some Himalayan salt and ground black pepper to season.

Amazing recipe. I made it for my father and I and added a couple more seasonings to it. Like cayenne. We like our stuff a bit more spicy. Turned out great.

Delicious, absolutely delicious.
I'd make it again whenever fries are requested during a meal! Good idea to mix in curry for the ketchup.
