It was quick and delicious. The Vinaigrette tasted great all by itself. I used Wellsley Farms Wild Caught Frozen Flounder so the steaks were much thinner. I doubled the recipe and then baked them for only 3-4 minutes. I will definitely do this again.

Sauce on fish was delicious and also put some of sauce on the jasmine rice I made. Definite make again- so easy and if you are not a big fish fan you will like this.
