Simple to make and would recommend as a quick dinner during the week.
I would recommend using a whole lemon for juice rather than half for full flavour

We thought it was ok nothing as great as other reviews. Sauce was nice maybe I over cooked. A good sauce to use I the future just wasn’t amazing

Made it for the first time tonight. This is absolutely delicious. Easy, fast and wonderful on mashed potatoes. Topped it with a few diced tomatoes for color too. Will be making this many more times.

Turned out exactly as described full of flavour and one of the easiest dishes; left over sauce we keep as it's so nice

Didn't have any shallots or scallions and used the juice from one lemon, but this is definitely a keeper!

I used salmon, in large slices. Swoped the cream for milk. 180c for 35 mins. Will definitely make this dish many times more! The kids loved it!

2107-01-13. Came out very good. Used only 1 tbsp of butter. Sauce complimented the bassa filets nicely
