    Ok wow. Amazing recipe, the oven-cooked scallions were just amazing (You could eat it on their on). I used little yellow-fleshed potatoes and cut on the parsley because I didn't have any. Also, I didn't follow the cooking time and instead followed the one on my sole fillet package (I prefer to refer to that).
