- 80 grams sun dried tomatoes (sliced, you can use fresh, deseeded)
- 3 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 1 handful fresh coriander (chopped, of any herbs of your choice)
- 2 tsp. chili flakes (optional)

- freshly ground pepper
