Super easy but tasty! I replaced the parsley with cilantro because I don’t care for parsley. One thing to keep in mind is your hot skillet will continue cooking the egg after you take it out of the oven! I wanted a nice runny yolk and should’ve taken it out bore I felt like it was done.
