So I tried to use oil instead of spray. Don't do that. Spray those muffin cups allllll to tarnation. I had to chisel the finished product out. Also, my oven has 5 rack "heights" where you can put your racks at. I only cooked the eggs for 15 minutes on the second rack height from the bottom and they were fully done. I did get a really weird bubbled plastic shell on the eggs, so don't count on presentation. I had to like "skin" the finished product. They taste great though, or I would have rated them much lower for difficulty.
