- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk (warmed)
- 2 1/4 tsp. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
- Combine the yeast and milk in a large bowl and set aside for 5 minutes. Add the melted butter and sugar to the rest of the milk and add to the yeast mixture, mixing with a fork. Add the eggs, one by one, and beat with a fork.
- Add the flour little by little, stirring with a wooden spoon.
