- 1 cup cheese (grated Fontal, or Gruyere)
- fresh thyme
- sauce (WHITE)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup milk (I used 2%)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash basil (oregano, and pepper)
