I made this with potatoes and I felt that it took a lot longer than time listed to cook to get the chicken to 165 degrees and the potatoes fully cooked. Ended up cooking 1.5hrs uncovered in the oven. But overall really delicious easy to make recipe, served to my family with Mexican rice and salad.
