- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tsp. butter (or equivalent. I used "I can't believe it's not butter")
- 1 red pepper (sliced)
- 1 orange pepper (sliced)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (sprinkle across top before baking)

It was super easy and turned out great. I used a rice cooker to make the rice and my husband loved it
