- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast cutlets (or skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs that have been pounded to a 1/4-inch thickness)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or homemade)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
