    We all LOVED this. We used Trqder Joes’ cauliflower gnocchi and it was perfect as a lower carb option. Quick to pull together with ingredients I often have on hand. This will be a regular addition to our meal rotation. Yum!

    This was very tasty but be sure to use a large pan, the gnocchi taste better when submerged in the sauce
