It was alright. I made extra spices but it still wasn't too flavorful. I would definitely recommend letting it marinate for several hours up to overnight, or the flavors are just on the outside. I might try it again marinating it overnight

It turned out so good! However, I had to cook my chicken for about 60 minutes and I added double the amount of spices (since I had almost 3 pounds of chicken). I always prefer my food to have extra flavor, but it worked out! I served this with a side of rice, homemade coleslaw, and toasted Hawaiian biscuits 🙃🔥🔥

They were really easy and really good, but didn’t have enough flavor for me. I’d def make them again but do a little more seasoning

Fabulous recipe! Prepared for my husband and me, but recipe could easily be scaled up for a crowd. Only change I made was to brine the chicken legs in a quick soak for one hour. The combination of spices created a marvelous flavor. We loved the crispy texture also. Do line your baking sheet pan with foil for quick cleanup. I served with oven roasted Romanesco and parsley new potatoes. Romanesco baked during the last 20 minutes of chicken time. My only regret is not taking a photo!

Very good flavor, however it only took 28 minutes for mine to bake and they were still a little over-done.

I mixed a lil bit of cumin and poultry seasoning in the bag. Then baked it on the rack in my toaster oven instead of the pan. Comes nicely baked all around.

I used the same seasonings,but more of them. My drumsticks were 190 degrees after only 35 minutes, but were still juicy. Good quick recipe when you don’t have time for marinating. Certainly less messy than frying.
