- 1 head cauliflower (cut into bite size pieces)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. oat flour (or all purpose flour if not avoiding gluten)
- 2 cups corn chips (crushed, or corn flakes, I used corn chips, and processed them in the food processor until they resembled the consistency of bread crumbs)
- green onion (optional)
- sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/4 hot sauce (I like Franks Red Hot)
