This was really bad. I normally fry catfish, but wanted to try a baked version. Too many herbs, and not a good combination of herbs. If your looking to try baked, don’t try this one!

Tender. Flavorful. Next time I'll use fresh herbs instead of dried. I combined it with scrambled eggs to make a delicious brunch. Yum!

nice i jist added louisiana cajun seasoning with garlic salt instead of garlic powder abd regular salt

My family liked the seasonings a lot but are not big on catfish. Marinating, breading & frying do a better job neutralizing the catfish taste, but thus was much quicker & easier to make without helpers.

It’s amazing!!! We eat catfish very seldom (or any other fish for that matter) but this is so flavorful! I was not expecting it, even my husband who DON’T like fish at all, was pleasantly surprised! He said he would eat it again! This recipe is definitely, a keeper!!!

This dish turned out perfectly. I baked it for 15 min then broiled on high for another couple minutes. My husband loved it! Thanks for sharing!

Turned out incredibly delicious. Best catfish I’ve ever eaten. I recommend this recipe if you want a healthier version of catfish besides fried catfish.

turned out great i used olive oil so the season would sitck to the cat fish and i probably should used more butter and lemon juice so i could have coated more of the catfish

It was delicious and very easy to make. I especially love the seasoning and flavor it brought to the fish. I will be making this recipe again.
