These burgers are just what I have been looking for. I wanted a nice home cooked burger-I've tried two other recipes that just didn't work out for me. I could taste all the seasonings in this burger. I might modify the amount of seasoning the next time. Too much salt.

Simple and delicious. Great flavour. Only difficulty I had is that I don’t have a cooling rack that fits in baking sheet like the author describes, so I had to rig an awkward contraption.
