    Amazing! wasn't as spicy as I'd liked so I put the sauce on again after cooking and it was perfect

    If you are looking for a spicy wing this is surely it. It was a football weekend and we were craving spicy appetizers. Since I don't fry in my home looking for a baked wing recipe is often difficult. When I stumbled upon this recipe I was very happy and very satisfied with how it turned out I think next time I will bake them on a wire rack for a little more crisp. That's going to be my only tweak.
