This recipe landed in my email today and I didn’t have a lunch plan set for the family, so I decided to try these out. In one word- amazing! Now I should say that all I had in my fridge for the base was light sour cream, so I improvised with that instead of the Greek yogurt. My husband and kids devoured these! I even set a few tenders aside to top my salad for lunch tomorrow. The hubs said I can make these any day. Probably the best “healthy alternative” buffalo chicken I have tried (and I’ve tried many)! Deff try these out!
