I LOVED this! It was very spicy because I’ve put a lot of sriracha instead of hot sauce and it turned out amazing!

Delicious. Made a few times experimenting with the types of flour & milk/water combo, including regular, almond, flax, chia & nutritional yeast. All worked great. Next will try on the grill for summer. Must have it with really good ranch!

Fantastic! Just don’t add too much water. I only used 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water. I also substituted chickpea flour for the plain flour. Huge hit with the whole family!

Was so good ! I didn’t use cumin but added chili powder instead and worked great !!

Tasty and quite spicy. Coating was thick so thinned a little with tad more water before dipping cauliflower. Added a little honey to the red hot and butter sauce to tame it and could have added more as it was still very spicy. Not crazy about the cumin as it added a tex mex flavor will omit next time.

Delicious.
Experimented as well and made a portion with sriracha and a plain portion with salt and vinegar

I added more salt, but otherwise followed as directed. My favourite way to eat cauliflower.

Loved this and so did my party guests! They weren't vegetarian either. Very good will make every month now.
