- 2 Tbsp. panko bread crumbs
- 4 oz. cider vinegar
- 1.5 oz. pitted prunes
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce (scant, 25ml)
- 2 spring onions (washed, trimmed, and finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 anchovy fillet (chopped)
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 pinch chile flakes
- 1 oz. water (scant, 25ml)
