Very easy and tasty. Make sure that fruit is evenly spread out, or else you’ll get pockets of bland oats and pockets of fruit. I also recommend finishing under a low broil for 5 minutes to get some good texture on the top.
In the future, I would consider perhaps substituting a half cup of milk for one cup of applesauce as a way to get some more sweetener evenly spread throughout.
