    Very tasty! Will make again

Loved it! So tasty! And pretty quick to make. I didn't microwave the tortillas to soften them, as suggested, but found rolling them up not to be a problem. The mixture is very much to taste so you can add or subtract as you like. Definitely thought the addition of sweet potato was a good one.
