After slicing the beets, I laid them on a paper towel for about 10 minutes to get some extra water out of them before putting the oil and seasonings on them. Then I put them in at 350F for 15 min, flipped, then put in for another 15 min.

I enjoyed the taste but just using the oven at 350 for 18 minutes didn’t result in crisp chips for me. I followed up by turning on the broiler for a few minutes.
