This turned out nice. The marinade can be used with any white fish that you have on hand. I brushed the it on as opposed to dredging it. I like brushing it on due to less dishes. Instead of pepper and lime juice I added tajin and that gave the flavor of both.

Nice taste and easy to cook.......kids even liked it (added half amount of salt and pepper as would probably be too strong for kids)!

Simple, tasty, I used parchment paper under ir to avoid a mess while cooking it in the oven and it totally worked; more important: this recipe was a huge success with picky eaters and since it does not involve oil or butter, is a healthier option than other fried fish recipes.

Turned out very well. I had everything besides cumin and lime, but it was delicious. The only problem I had was that half the batter was stuck to the pan. Might have something to do with me baking on aluminium foil.

Simply amazing! Loved it! Cooked it a bit longer because i love my fish a little well done. Other than that, it turned out amazing and my family loved it!
