My parents used to make this, but they made their own pesto and added that on top. If you like pesto, including the nuts and anchovies, it goes amazing w/this.

It was great I put my own twist on it and added some bacon bits for a little more flavor and my brother devoured almost all of them

I tried this recipe as a side to tilapia. it was yummy. I will definitely be making this side dish again.
