This is my first time making any desserts and i tried this for my dad's bday tomo. I love it so much.. so vanilla sweet with apples to balance it all out. Thank you so much for showing this. I will make this often for sure.

Made some personal changes to just use what I already had on hand - an organic Greek yogurt full fat with vanilla and added ground flax to the mix before baking. Oh I used whole wheat flour too, again, it’s what I had. These came out so amazingly delicious that I’m making them again in a huge bulk batch and freezing them. Love that they’re flavorful without being overly sweet. I take them from the freezer and put them directly into my toaster oven on 200 for about 7-9mins then finish them by switching to the broiler option on toaster over for 2mins, watching closely and semi-impatiently 😁.

They were ok. Didn’t look a thing like the picture and that was what caught my eye. They looked like regular little muffins. If I’m going to the expense, and time, I’d like my product to present as the picture depicts.
