- 2 green onions (sliced, green tops only)
- 1 jalapeno chilies (stem, seeds, and membrane removed)
- 1 lb. cod fillets (rinsed and patted dry)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Mexican oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 8 corn tortillas (warmed)
- 2 cups red cabbage (or green, shredded)
- 1/2 cup cotija (crumbled, may substitute shredded Monterey Jack)

We love this recipe! I have made it for many guests and they love it too! I use this as a guideline and can easily tweak ingredients as needed. I even used pineapple instead of mango and that was good too!

The only thing I did differently (unintentionally) was use Swai fillets instead of Cod, but it was still absolutely AMAZING!!! I also made my own mango salsa from a personal recipe. Overall, it was tasty, amazingly simple to make, and pretty much a success!!!

Delicious, Definitely making this again! Added tomatoes and red onions to the salsa and I used regular oregano because I couldn’t find Mexican oregano

So good and so easy. Whole family loved it. Served with homemade flour tortillas recipe on the table for two blog (which are easy to make too, in fact my teenage boys made this meal pretty much on their own).

The family loved it! I've done a couple of recipes for fish tacos, but I think this one is the best!!!

The fish was great! Wrapping it in parchment paper with the spices was perfect. The salsa needs to another jalapeño and more lime. Double the amount of fish and salsa and triple the amount of rub. Will definitely make again with a few adjustments

Super good recipe. Combined two mango fish taco recipes to get more veggies out of the dish and substituted salmon since it was the only wild catch available at my market.

I am making this recipe again for the second time, by demand, for a special occasion. It was delicious and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly. I took almost the amount of time said in the recipe.
