- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 12 oz. lager (Negra Modelo or other)
- 1 1/2 cups white cabbage (very finely shredded)
- 1/2 cup red cabbage (very finely shredded)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado (ripe, thinly sliced)
- 1 cup cilantro leaves (fresh)
