    Amazing! Very filling. Served over brown rice with a side of Naan bread. Def add the coconut milk tho!!!! It makes it just that much better. ❤️❤️❤️

    Did a bit of improvising with the steps and added coconut milk for body and richness, turned out amazing. Plate licking good!

    Ok, the narrative was a little off from the directions. Did the egg plant and garlic on the grill. Eggplant was Smokey and the garlic was roasted soft like my wife likes it.
