Description
Tiramisu is a traditional treat that is the perfect pairing of sweet, savory, rich and creamy ingredients. This recipe for Baileys and Almond Tiramisu takes that sweet treat and adds a few more decadent flavors for a dessert that is out of this world. - 30 grams almonds
- 6 eggs
- 75 grams granulated sugar
- 250 grams mascarpone
- salt
- baileys (15 cl.)
- 12 cookies (Breton, crushed)

Directions
- Toast the almonds dry in a hot pan until golden. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the mascarpone and whisk.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
